McMINNVILLE, Tennessee (AP) -- An elementary school teacher has been charged with having sex with one of her students, a 13-year-old boy, at his home and at school, authorities said Tuesday.

If I was this kids dad, I've had asked if I could watch f'Christ sakes.
They should make a statue of the kid to display in the lobby. He's a fucking hero to every boy that will ever go to that school.

"Freshman Norfolk Delegate Algie Howell Jr. introduced the bill at the urging of constituents who are offended by the exposed underwear.

Howell said, "That's why they're called undergarments. They're supposed to be worn under something else."

Delegates approved a measure that would allow police to assess a $50 fine on anyone who exposes their below-waist underpants in a "lewd or indecent manner."

So, when this guy goes to your house to fix the pipes, are they going to fine him?

The real sad thing is that these assholes have gotten tons of POSITIVE responses.
Haven't they got bigger problems to deal with then this?
Maybe they should spend a bit more time on educating their young people because, from what I've experienced, Virginians are dumb as rocks.
